It’s not Art until you bite it

This series got started at breakfast at Johnny D’s in Somerville, MA. I was taking pictures of left-over sausages as a mental icon for these events. One day, Michael Beach, a regular, said, as I was taking that day’s photo, “It’s not art until you bite it.”
