HAL special board meeting about health insurance and vacation time. A little over an hour. 11 attendees plus Emily. Lengthy discussion of the many possible ways to get to offer a family health plan. Everyone quickly agreed that we need to offer one. The mechanics and budget are tough. Motion passed. Also extended vacation time.
