Got up very early. 6 or so. Puttered around on various projects including library and essay work. Also found Xmas decorations and hung them around. Wrote checks to all of the Photobook authors for sales. Eleven different people this year. A record.

Breakfast at Bob’s Diner. Talked about future of DOG. Shopping. Felt very sluggish. Hung up more pictures
Board meeting at HAL. 7 new people on the Board. Must get list. Talked with Carol Pledger about volunteers.
When I left library the Community Room was jammed with kids and parents. This for the Parents Academy program that just yesterday at the Program Committee mtg. was described as having trouble recruiting participants. Amazing.
Back home the gallery was open. Very few visitors. Then at 5 for the opening a bunch of people showed up for the opening. Suddenly at about 6:45 the people evaporated. Took two artists to train station.
Dinner then watched more of The Fall series. Maybe too intense and violent.

After breakfast, went to farmer’s market. Then walked back and stopped to look at Lynn Davis’s series on Warren St. taken 20 yrs ago. Very well displayed at Mumford.
Paul Gennis and Janet Moline, friends of Harvey and Betsy, showed up in gallery. Sat and talked for a bit. Then Emily Chameides and Michael showed up with a rather bubbly young women known to them from Poughkeepsie who is visiting from her home country Haiti.
See notebook for notes.
