UTM work in the morning. Lengthy call with Jan. Planning for next six months or so. He told me that he is negotiating a contract with David to work full time and be CEO. Told him that I am supportive though dubious of getting David and Seth to march in a straight line or follow any line. Also told him that I want to take over the CMH and other customer operations so he can focus on investors. We developed a good beginning of an outline.
