Steady rain until 11am. Gallery opened. 3 people all day. Closed at 6pm. End of DOG as it has been for six years. We continue talk about new web-based gallery. Maybe with a satellite brick and mortar gallery occasionally or Saturday’s
Drove to Athens for drink with Dave Drake.
Woke up to snow. Final depth by 11 or so approx 5 inches. Took a slow walk up Warren to Farmers Market.
We keep taking these somewhat less than favorable selfies.
Opened DOG. I worked on HAL stuff then read Brigid Dorsey’s BP. She came by at 5pm.
Made farro with vegetables to go with leftover mushroom carrot loaf.
Watched two parts of Goliath tv series with Billy Bob Thornton. Excellent. 
Temperature at 7 am.
Karen went to NYC. I worked on the volunteer management system for most of the morning. Brief conversations w Matt Almeida and Brigid Dorsey.
Left DOG closed
Walked up to CMH for UTM mtg about the remote patient monitoring project. Very cold still. Mtg lasted until 4pm.
Walked down to Farmer & Sons for HAL drinks with Board candidate Gary Sheffer. Miranda, Tessy, Carol Pledger & Lisa Dolan attended. He will add a lot to the Board.
Karen returned at 8:30pm
Sold out event in late afternoon. Talks and discussion by local people.
Breakfast at Bob’s Diner followed by shopping. Then walk to library for Finance Committee mtg. Anna Rachminov, Marie Rasner, Theresa Parsons, David Murphy & Emily C. Very good mtg. Settled 2017 budget. Anna told me that I would be invited back on the Board in March. David confirmed at the end of the meeting.
Walked home to find Karen still preparing for tomorrow’s Prison Public Memory Project fundraiser. Five visitors to gallery. Worked on set up of Nextgen photo gallery plugin.
PPMP people showed up at end of day to set up.
75th anniversary of Pearl Harbor attack.
Up early. Worked on Angry (Old) White Man essay. PT at 9:30.
Dropped package off at UPS. Building undergoing renovations. Didn’t know that that end had a curved roof.
HAL mtg about Volunteers at Verdigris at 11. New Board member Carol Pledger. Emily and Brenda too. Very good discussion of volunteer program.
Returned to work on volunteer management software
Tennis at night. Played much better than usual until last 20 minutes.
Long breakfast at Bob’s. Review of Karen trip to New Mexico with Dorothy Nelson Talked further about shutting down the physical gallery. Time to explore online exhibition software.
Ship going up the Hudson. Saw top of the ship over the Promensde when we came down State St. Caught it at foot of Front.

Got to sleep at 2:30am after picking Karen up at Albany airport. Woke up at 7:30. Couldn’t go back to sleep so I got up.
Spent some time working on H-C. Most of day taken up with Angry (Old) White Guy essay. Listened to more Chomsky, some Stiglitz lectures.
Took Dima Dimov picture to UPS for shipment to relatives in Canada.
Lamb chops for dinner w two color chopped cabbage salad.
Watched two more sessions of Icelandic TV serial Case.
Banana waffles.
Sunday morning painting across the street. Temp. maybe 45 degrees
Walk up Warren St. to 7th. Ran into Gail Peachin again outside her store.
Then back down Prison Alley. Might be a good photo project to take pictures of fronts of buildings on Warren matched to their rears on the alley.

Karen found purple lights, this year’s Winter Walk designated color for our block. Did minimal job.
Woke up to snow. Karen saw big fluffy flakes about 4am. Made banana pancakes using big griddle. Worked well.
Took a walk up Warren around 10.

Stopped at Carrie Haddad Gallery for a good show – inside/Outside.. Talked w Gail Peachkn about her group show at LB Building.
Worked on Keynote story about October RoadTrip. Got part way through Pittsburgh..
David Murphy stopped gallery. Talked about library and Hudson, Trump and Jack. He looked at all the books. Bought three.
More snow flurries at 6pm
Watched end of year 3 The Fall. Ponderous rhythm. Intense psycho drama.
