Late start. Snowman has suffered significant melting over night. Angry about mess in house and packing up DOG shipments. Worked on notes from HAL mrktg comm meeting yesterday. Went to library in the afternoon. Got new history of the American revolution, Common Cause. 
Saw Ted Dewsnap and Anne in library. Discovered that I was scheduled to play tennis that night.
Got to tennis early. 15 minutes of extra warm up. Played very well. Last tennis until the end of February.
Snowman still standing. Missed call from Albany Med for presurgery checkin w nurse. No call back all day.
Talked with JoeTheGrower Giangrande. Very negative guy. Sent email to Mary Ann Johnson at HVADC about the call. Ball is in his court.
Continued work on new DOG virtual website. Very successful HAL marketing committee mtg. Late lunch at Cascades.
Talk witb Brigid Dorsey. She will probably go out of business. Bartlett House people not responding. 7pm reconnect with Susan Weseen about her granola business. She is smart and thoughtful.
Watched an hour of tv series OJ Made in America with. Then Obama’s fairwell address from Chicago.
Up early. Snowman still standing. After breakfast worked on DOG website forms most of day.
Drove to Spectrum movie theater in Albany with Dave Drake to see LaLaLand. Movie redeemed itself with last ten minute flashback.
Had Brian Flach’s bratwurst for dinner.
Got up late at 8am. Snowman still standing. Breakfast with Sunday Times.
Worked on finding lightbox plugin for new DOG website. Finally Foobox Pro.
Took walk up to 7th St. ran into Joe Ahern who lives in 200 block with his wife. I met him on Thursday at Bard. Have not bumped into him since the dinner at Dewsnap’s last spring.
Fingers were cold even in heavy gloves.
Defrosted beef stew. Added hot sauces. Very good.
Watched last of Danish Tv series Dicte. Watched second episode of 30 Rock.
Left for NYC at 7:40am. Breakfast at West Taghkanic Diner. Was snowing heavily by the time we got to Mt. Vernon on way to Queens Museum. Somehow we had not checked the forecast. Turned around. We’ll skip Noah’s basketball game. Back in Hudson just after noon.
Spent most of afternoon working on lightbox plugins for new DOG site.
Took walk up Warren in what seemed to be really cold temperatures though it was only 22 degrees. Went to art opening at 510 Warren. George Spencer.
Drink at Spotty Dog in honor of Pauline Decarmo’s 51st birthday.
Ended evening watching the pilot for TV series 30 Rock.

Meeting at Bard with Ole Breuning. Safety Committee. Joe Ahern, Warren St neighbor we met at Ted and Anne’s house last Sprjng was there. He is working on risk management. Very good meeting. They are actively envisioning what building to try out.

Ole dropped me at the library. I worked on new DOG website. Had lunch at Red Chopstick. Long nap. Karen went to see movie The Harder They Fall at Bliss Tower.
Rain in the morning. Packed up more DOG pictures. Drove to UPS Store. Closed. Trip to Lowes for temporary night light. Looked for pocket knife to replace the one lost in Washington at the AfroAm Museum last week. Unsuccessful. Just one set of fancy Buck knives svailable.
Princeton Arch Press with Karen. Found lots of good books Xmas gifts. Took nap listening to Open Source on Beethoven.

Off to the Spotty Dog for more presents. Including $70 on witty socks. Karen days we managed to spend $500 in total this year.
Wrote note to Noah about my gift book, The Half Has Never Been Told: Slavery and the Making of American Capitalism by Edward Baptist.
Dinner at Vico. Served by Lizbeth. Service a bit slow. Place was very busy. Special Italian 7 fish dinner $75. We ate a la carte.
Yarn bombed decorations outside Verdigris. Done by the Thursday evening knitting group.
Woke up late. 7:45. Breakfast at Tanzys. 
Talked about the virtual DOG. Packed up one of sets of pictures from the last show. Looked for pop up layer or note plugin for WordPress. Paid bills. Sent summons from taxi company for last May’s accident to Travelers. Also created projected P&L for Brigid Dorsey. Sent note to Chad Weckler withdrawing from active participation in the makerspace projects, Hudson-Creative. Relieved about that.
Plenty of leftover beef stew.
Got up very early. 6 or so. Puttered around on various projects including library and essay work. Also found Xmas decorations and hung them around. Wrote checks to all of the Photobook authors for sales. Eleven different people this year. A record.
Got up at 6:30. PT with Anna Marie Zeitsmann at 9:15. Making progress on shoulder. Set up daily alarm to do exercises. Karen left for Cambridge and her Soup Group.
Set up living room. 
Sorted through lots of DOG paper and trashed everything but an archive for this year.
Hot sausage spaghetti sauce. Karen returned about 7pm Watched penultimate Goliath episode
